Our firm has served as the general counsel for the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (“RECSA”) for numerous years. Formed in 1991, RECSA is the leading advocate for owners and professionals in the real estate industry, informing and educating its members and community leadership while supporting efforts to ensure a healthy economy and enhanced quality of life in the San Antonio area.

On behalf of RECSA, our firm has negotiated a number of City of San Antonio ordinances and Bexar County regulations to reduce the impact of such ordinances on developers and property owners. These ordinances include the Water Quality Ordinance, Tree Preservation Ordinance, Unified Development Code, Storm Water Fee, Vacant Building Ordinance, Military Lighting Overlay and similar regulations.
