City Base West is a multi-phase retail development located in South San Antonio and sits at the main entrance of Brooks City Base. Our team negotiated Bexar County incentives using a 381 economic development agreement and obtained several alcohol variances. The total project size is 250,000 square feet and portions of it are still being developed.
