The Agave Apartment project is a 350-unit multifamily development with structured parking built on the former Univision site in downtown San Antonio. We assisted the client with city and county incentives including: fee waivers, grants, tax abatement and tax reimbursement. We also worked on issues related to historic preservation and helped to obtain the proper permits.
