Our firm represents the developer of Cibolo Canyons, a 2,100 acre master planned residential community that includes the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa and two PGA TPC golf courses. We helped our client negotiate a non-annexation agreement with the City of San Antonio, got approval from the San Antonio City Council to allow the creation of a special district and worked with the Bexar County Commissioners Court to create a district to fund public improvements.
